
What is more refreshing on a warm day than a cool popsicle? A homemade, creamy, fresh fruit popsicle, that's what!
These creamsicles can be made with any fruit that you would like, from cherries and berries to bananas, pineapples and mangos. If you prefer to skip the fruit, you can always replace the fruit & tea with juice--- a pulp-free creamsicle! Alternatively, omit the cream for a simply fruity variety.

If you are vegan, replace the whipping cream with coconut cream.
Place a can of coconut milk into the fridge and cool for 8 hours to separate the cream from the milk. Open the can and remove the cream. Replace the whipping cream in the recipe with the coconut cream.
