This dish is my heart's desire food. A rich, buttery sauce, fresh herbaceous parsley, cheese, clams.... did I mention pasta? With the recipe being so delicious, no one will believe how easy it is to make! When making this dish, I like to throw a little mushroom and chili pepper flakes in with the onion & garlic for a texture and flavor variation, but to keep it simple, check out the recipe below. It is seriously simple and seriously scrumptious!
Since this dish is so simple, it is important to use organic, fresh ingredients for richest flavors. Trust me, it is worth it!

If you want to make this gluten-free, simply use your favorite gluten-free pasta! After researching and comparing pastas, I recommend using Ancient Harvest pasta. It is a gluten-free pasta made with two ingredients: organic corn flour and organic quinoa flour. This pasta has more protein and fiber while packing less sugar per serving than pastas I compared it to. Some organic wheat pastas had a little more protein, but still provided less fiber and more sugar. I tested it for consistency and flavor to find it hit the mark perfectly. Check for it at your local grocer or if you prefer to shop online, you can purchase it here.
