This dish is great to serve as an appetizer along with fresh toasted bread, can be served along with your brunch spread and bagels or can even be plated in smaller potions along with your dinner!
The bright citrus plays with the richness of the avocado, the raw vegetables and freshness of the herbs to create a beautiful & healthy tartar!

In a 3.5 oz serving, the avocado provides up to 25 % of your daily value of vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E. It also provides small amounts of magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, thiamine, riboflavin, phosphorus, vitamin A & niacin. Not forgetting the 2 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. Whew! Only containing 2 net carbs (9 grams of carbs, but 7 are fiber), avocado is also a low-carb & plant-friendly food!
