Lassi is a super drink for your tummy. It consists of equal parts water, yogurt and ice blended together with the added kick of some other flavors. They range from sweet to salty and have been served at every meal, sometimes even as a meal of it's own! It can also be considered a digestive aid, definitely boosting your tummy with some good ole' probiotics.

A more common traditional lassi from India and Punjab, Pakistan are made simple and savoury with just a little salt mixed in. One folk remedy suggests drinking lassi blended with turmeric and honey for gastrointestinal issues.
One other fun option is to switch out the water for coconut water to have the added health benefits of the coconut water, such as electrolytes, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, fiber, manganese and protein.
